FLAT FEE STRUCTURE (NONREFUNDABLE)

Supervising Attorney/Managing Attorney

  • $12,000/each open role  
  • Or $5,000 nonrefundable retainer + 20% of base salary only upon hire and if candidate stays with firm 120 days 

Experienced Attorney/Non-Attorney Executive

  • $10,000/each open role
  • Or $4,000 nonrefundable retainer + 20% of base salary only upon hire and if candidate stays with firm 120 days

Experienced Paralegal/Legal Writer/Entry-Level Attorney

  • $7,500/each open role
  • Or $3,500 nonrefundable retainer + 20% of base salary only upon hire and if candidate stays with firm 120 days

Guarantee: If candidate’s employment ends on or before 120 days of employment, we will provide 3 additional candidates at no cost.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

  • Craft and post compelling and engaging job ad to ensure it targets ideal candidates.
  • Active outreach using LinkedIn Professional Recruiter, the ImmigrationJobs talent pool/network, & specialized recruitment tools to search for and contact qualified candidates.
  • Conduct screens + video interviews for selected candidates and send summaries to client for those candidates who qualify.
  •  Reference checks for 3 final candidates and assistance with job offer.

WHAT YOU GET

  •  3-5 screened and qualified candidates to employer. (Candidates are typically sent 1 by 1 to allow for feedback and adjustments).

Average Timeline: 30-90 days approximately from posting of job ad to job offer
